Exchanges: (Customer Error)

• HBS will be contacted before any exchanges take place through help@hollandbarstool.com
• All exchanges will include HBS order number (number can be found on an invoice or order acknowledgement).
• The fees for exchange are listed below.
• Return of the unwanted cover is the responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned in new, unused, re-sellable condition.

Shipping for all covers $10

Same cost exchange $10

Price increase exchange $15

Grommets add $5

Grill covers:

Exchange for a larger size $20

Exchange for same or smaller size $15

TV Covers:

Exchange for larger size $25

Exchange for same or smaller size $20

Billiard Table Cover:

Exchange for larger size $25

Exchange for same or smaller size $20
